Experience Level: 2-3 Years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Customer Care Representative or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) regarding inquiries, complaints, product information, order status, and general assistance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers based on their needs or purchase history.
- Address customer issues, complaints, and concerns effectively and efficiently, aiming for swift resolutions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while dealing with customers, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
