Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 2-3 Years

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as a Customer Care Representative or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and support to customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) regarding inquiries, complaints, product information, order status, and general assistance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers based on their needs or purchase history.
  • Address customer issues, complaints, and concerns effectively and efficiently, aiming for swift resolutions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while dealing with customers, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
