Job Summary & Purpose
Act according to the CEO/COO’s Office Managers instructions and execute his directives in multiple areas while providing full secretarial and administrative support service to the CEO/COO Office Managers and the leadership team.
Education
• Technical degree in administration.
• Fluent In English Language
• Familiarity with Arabic
Experience
Min three years in secretarial work 1 out of which are working under MD or CEO/COO.
Competencies
• Expert in Microsoft office.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Good listener
• High organizational skills
• High planning skills
• Excellent in Internet browsing
